This guidebook is used to train youth volunteers at the Tigard Public Library. Both adults and youth need to know what the expectations are for youth safety. This guidebook is tailored for youth ages 12-17. It attempts to simplify potentially scary safety topics into not-scary, clear instruction for young volunteers.
