Panel Discussion: Purpose-Driven Volunteer Impact Model

In the Spring of 2023, Dr. Sue Carter Kahl worked with a cohort of library staff on implementation of the Volunteer Program Improvement Model. This audio recording is the panel discussion she had with two of the participants on how they used this model to measure and share impact about one of their volunteer projects.

Attached also are a worksheet template she created for working on this, and three completed worksheets completed by participants on three different volunteer engagement projects.
