I Just Don’t Have Time: Prioritize Your Way to Productivity

If you don't manage your time, your time will manage you. Determining what to focus our attention on is an essential critical skill. So often we operate in the space of being reactive instead of proactive. With so many projects and deadlines, it can be challenging to know what to focus on first, and how much time to give to a project. Learn to focus on things that need attention and eliminate things that eat up our time, and leave with a clear plan that encourages proactive problem-solving.
